How to order

1. Choose the product you want to buy

   From the product detail page, select the product you want to purchase.
   Depending on the product, you may need to select the color, size, and other options.

2. Add to Cart

   Once you have decided on the product you want to purchase, select the frame type, size, etc., and click the "Add to Cart" button on that product's page.

3. Check your shopping cart

   Once you have added all the items, please check the contents of your shopping cart by clicking "View Cart".
   If you change the number of items purchased, please check the number of items purchased and the total amount again.
   Even if you have multiple items in your shopping cart, you can check out all at once.
   Once you have finished checking your cart, click the "Proceed to Checkout" button.
   To cancel, click the trash button.

4. Log in (sign in)

   If you are using the service for the first time, please register as a new member.
   If you have used our service before, please enter your email address and password to log in. You can also log in using Shop Pay or Google Pay.

5. What you need

   Enter your shipping and payment information.
   Please check the details and click the "Pay Now" button.

6. Order Completed

   Your order details (purchased items, payment method, customer information) will be displayed again, so please check that there are no errors.
   If you have entered the information incorrectly, click the [Edit] button to return to the relevant section and correct it.
   Finally, click the "Confirm Order" button to complete your order.
   
   *A screen will be displayed indicating your order is complete. We recommend that you save the screen.

7. You will receive an email confirming your order.

   An order confirmation email will be sent to the email address you entered.
   Please check that the contents of the confirmation email are the same as the data you sent.
   *Please keep the confirmation email in a safe place as a copy of your order.
   *If you do not receive an email, your order may not have been completed. Please contact us.

  *If the product is defective, damaged during transportation, or different from the ordered product, you can return or exchange the product within 7 days after the product arrives. Please contact us in advance by email or phone. However, the shipping fee for returns or exchanges due to customer's convenience will be borne by the customer.

About delivery and shipping charges

After payment is complete, the product will be shipped within the delivery period stated on the product details page (excluding New Year's and summer holidays).
For backordered items, we will send you a separate email to inform you of the shipping date.

International shipping fees will be displayed during the purchase process.
